Any container solutions conversion can be specified with features such as a service window, personnel door, insulation, interior finish, lighting, electrical provisions, counter, shelving, HVAC, or other business-specific options. The exact inclusions depend on the final written specification. Promotional images are examples of possible designs; they are not a guarantee that every pictured feature is included in a quoted configuration.

Commercial cooking equipment, full plumbing, bathroom facilities, grease management, special ventilation, fire suppression, utility connections, permits, and code-related work are excluded unless they are expressly listed in the written quote. Inspect-Home can review requested options and clarify which items are included, optional, or outside the scope of the proposed unit.

Pricing and ordering: request a written quote

Broker/Dealer Program units are offered as quote-based conversions because the final specification and total cost can vary by size, openings, finishes, equipment, electrical or plumbing requirements, availability, and delivery destination. The customer should not interpret a promotional image or a starting-price reference as the price of a fully customized, turnkey, delivered emergency disaster shelter solution.

Before an order is finalized, Inspect-Home will confirm the requested configuration, included components, exclusions, current price, estimated fulfillment timing, and delivery or pickup terms in writing. Do not treat a quote request as a completed purchase. Production or fulfillment should proceed only under the agreed written order terms.

What your written quote should identify

• Configuration: Container size, openings, insulation, interior finish, counter, shelving, and all selected options.
• Price basis: The quoted amount for the stated configuration and whether it is a product-only price or includes any other services.
• Delivery or pickup: The pickup location or delivery destination, plus whether freight, unloading, crane service, and special site access are included or additional.
• Taxes and project costs: Whether taxes, permits, site preparation, foundations, utility connections, inspections, and local code-related work are excluded or included.
• Timing and availability: Current availability and the estimated production or fulfillment schedule, subject to the written order terms.
• Changes and upgrades: Any price or timing changes that result from revised specifications or additional equipment.

How the online shop and broker/dealer program fit together

The online shop should use a fixed price and an add-to-cart option only when that price clearly applies to a defined product and the applicable charges and terms are disclosed before checkout. For a configurable container solution conversion whose price or delivery cost requires review, use a prominent ‘Request a Quote’ call to action instead of implying that a base price purchases a finished, delivered building.

The broker/dealer program is a separate trade-partner pathway. Eligible brokers and dealers can request project-specific pricing based on order quantity, configuration, availability, and delivery destination. Trade pricing and fulfillment terms are confirmed for each order. Do not describe a broker/dealer price as a guaranteed delivered price unless the written quote explicitly includes delivery.
